Walk to Run Wellness CIC aims to be a place members of the community feel they can come and receive science based advice and address issues around their health, fitness and wellness.
We accept referrals through the Active Now Scheme run by Broadland District Council. Working with the Integrated Care Board we are looking to provide a service for those with long term conditions.

We do offer groups for the public such as workshops, PT services and coaching. These are limited and dependant on our teams workload. For further details please email your enquiry.

To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavour. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
